The division into 6 pairs of blocks (12 total) with 4 pairs 15 cm high is essential for an adequate adjustment in base year and the characteristics of the athlete. Divide the total height of 90 cm in fewer blocks can only save production costs.
Strength training through the use of the Olympic bar is widespread in modern athletic training and functional fitness, in these contexts the set of 12 blocks becomes a very useful tool.
The blocks of wood can be also used for plyometric and conditioning exercises.
