QUANDO LA FORMA AMPLIA L\u2019ORIZZONTE DELLA FUNZIONE.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Intuitivo. Innovativo. Inesplorato. Queste sono le prime tre definizioni che saltano alla mente quando si osserva per la prima volta il \u201c9012\/3 Low Hex Bar\u201d, il nuovo progetto di Sidea in ambito degli Strumenti da Sovraccarico.<\/p>\n<p>Una forma decisamente innovativa, che determina tuttavia un approccio intuitivo al suo utilizzo, aprendo un dominio inesplorato di possibilit\u00e0 di utilizzo, di movimenti, di stimoli allenanti.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-202488 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/low-hexbar2.gif\" alt=\"low-hexbar\" width=\"398\" height=\"295\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Abbiamo gi\u00e0 avuto modo di considerare nel mondo del Functional Training i tre cardini essenziali del Movimento: la Forza, la Mobilit\u00e0, la Stabilit\u00e0. Il nuovo Low Hex Bar 9012\/3 pone in nuova, strettissima correlazione questi tre aspetti, grazie ad un approccio al Movimento che \u00e8 libero nella multiplanarit\u00e0 nonostante un vincolo solido e solidale con l\u2019atleta che viene posto al centro di una vera \u201cgabbia della forza\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Dunque, \u00e8 ispirandoci alla Forza, al Movimento e alla Stabilit\u00e0 che abbiamo sperimentato una breve routine con il Low Hex Bar.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019approccio iniziale \u00e8 di una impugnatura che ispira forza e potenza, in presa neutra, elemento desueto nell\u2019utilizzo dei bilancieri tradizionali. Una impugnatura ampia, dalla quale inizia il primo, intuitivo movimento: lo Stacco da terra.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1539754521\" class=\"col medium-8 small-12 large-8\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<p>La sensazione di stabilit\u00e0 che si prova gestendo il sovraccarico con una impugnatura come quella appena descritta \u00e8 incredibile.<\/p>\n<p>Le mani, serrate sulle impugnature nella loro posizione fisiologica, assieme alle braccia perfettamente perpendicolari rispetto al piano frontale del corpo e tenute in leggera abduzione dal 9012\/3 stesso, trasferiscono al Low Hex Bar tutta la forza che le gambe offrono nella loro spinta, senza compromessi n\u00e9 vettori di forze dispersive.<\/p>\n<p>Da qui, l\u2019esplorazione di un movimento specifico di questo attrezzo: l\u2019esecuzione di un Back Lunge con la torsione del busto nel verso ipsilaterale alla gamba di appoggio, eseguita nei due lati.<\/p>\n<p>Torsione che oltre alla Mobilit\u00e0 implicata dal movimento stesso, sollecita in modo ulteriore la Stabilit\u00e0 dell\u2019atleta e ne mette a dura prova la capacit\u00e0 di vincere le forze rotazionali inerziali che il Low Hex Bar genera durante il suo movimento.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t<div id=\"col-514275085\" class=\"col medium-4 small-12 large-4\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"img has-hover x md-x lg-x y md-y lg-y\" id=\"image_2089748616\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"img-inner dark\" >\n\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"344\" height=\"543\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/low-hexbar1.gif\" class=\"attachment-original size-original\" alt=\"low-hexbar\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<style>\n#image_2089748616 {\n  width: 100%;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t<div id=\"col-2091276028\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-202487 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/low-hexbar3.gif\" alt=\"low-hexbar\" width=\"320\" height=\"242\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La fase di ritorno in stazione eretta dell\u2019atleta e successivamente a terra del Low Hex Bar, offre la possibilit\u00e0 di un appoggio stabile e favorevole per una immediata distensione in Plank.<\/p>\n<p>Un push up eseguito con un appoggio vantaggioso dal punto di vista ponderale \u2013 dato il leggero piano inclinato che viene a crearsi \u2013 ma al contempo sfidante per la posizione nella quale le mani esprimono la forza generata dalla catena cinetica di spinta anteriore, crea un effetto di accoppiamento repentino tra \u201clower &amp;
