Die Arbeit konzentriert sich auf die Ausdauerkraft, isometrische Kontraktionen und die Beweglichkeit der Gelenke, mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf den Muskelketten, die beim Fahren am st\u00e4rksten beansprucht werden. Das Training der aeroben Kapazit\u00e4ten und des Herz-Kreislauf-Systems ist dann von grundlegender Bedeutung: Die Kr\u00e4fte, denen der Sportler im Wettbewerb ausgesetzt ist, erfordern Ausdauer \u00fcber lange Strecken und die F\u00e4higkeit, sich an schwierige Umweltbedingungen wie extreme Hitze anzupassen, die in einem Rallyeauto an Sommertagen leicht 50\u00b0 \u00fcbersteigen kann. Und es ist genau dieser psychologische Aspekt, den ich hervorheben m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\n<p>Die k\u00f6rperliche Aufopferung beim Fahren kann durch die Adrenalin-Komponente des Wettkampfs (die allen Sportarten gemeinsam ist) gemildert werden, w\u00e4hrend bei der Trockenarbeit die mentale Komponente und der Wille zum Erfolg, die eigene Grenze jeden Tag zu \u00fcberschreiten, der eigentliche Motivationsantrieb ist. Rachele hat t\u00e4glich mit einer degenerativen Erbkrankheit zu k\u00e4mpfen, die verschiedene innere Organe, vor allem die Lunge, beeintr\u00e4chtigt, und zieht gro\u00dfen Nutzen aus einem gezielten k\u00f6rperlichen Training. Das Kardio-Training kommt einer Physiotherapie der Atemwege gleich, da es durch die St\u00e4rkung der Lungenkapazit\u00e4t und das Training der Atemwege dazu beitr\u00e4gt, \u00fcbersch\u00fcssigen Schleim zu entfernen und die mit der Atmung eingef\u00fchrte Luftmenge zu erh\u00f6hen. Auf mentaler Ebene hilft die Messung der Verbesserungen von Leistung, Ausdauer und k\u00f6rperlichem Wohlbefinden bei der Bew\u00e4ltigung der Krankheit und der damit verbundenen Schwierigkeiten im
