1 - Introduction and Corporate Mission<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Sidea Srl, a company specialising in the design, supply and installation of equipment for fitness, sports and public spaces, including parks and outdoor areas, is committed to operating according to the highest standards of legality, integrity and professionalism.<\/p>\n

Our mission is to contribute to the well-being of the community by creating safe, inclusive and stimulating spaces for play and physical activity, always operating with an eye on environmental and social sustainability.<\/p>\n

This Code of Ethics formalises the principles and rules of conduct that guide our every action and decision. It represents the foundation of the trust that customers, collaborators, partners and the community place in Sidea Srl.<\/p>\n

Scope of Application<\/strong><\/p>\n

This Code of Ethics applies, without exception, to all directors, partners, employees, collaborators, consultants and business partners (including suppliers and agents) operating in the name and on behalf of Sidea Srl, in Italy and abroad.<\/p>\n

2 - Fundamental Ethical Principles<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Sidea Srl bases its activities on the following fundamental principles:<\/p>\n

We scrupulously respect the laws, regulations and standards in force in all the markets in which we operate (Italy, European Union and non-EU), conducting every relationship with transparency and fairness.<\/p>\n

We believe in the value of every individual. We ensure a respectful and inclusive working environment and place the safety and satisfaction of our customers at the centre of every project.<\/p>\n

Quality and Safety<\/strong>
We design and install products in compliance with applicable technical regulations and safety standards, including - where required - EN 1176 and EN 1177. Quality is an ongoing commitment to ensure durable, reliable and safe equipment.<\/p>\n

Sustainability<\/strong>
\u201cThe future is a game to be preserved\u201d. We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our activities through the responsible use of resources, choosing recyclable materials and adopting efficient production processes.<\/p>\n
