Una \u201cpalla di cannone con un manico saldato sopra\u201d, come spesso si usa definire questo oggetto cos\u00ec particolare.<\/p>\n<p>Osserviamolo in un contesto altrettanto particolare, quello dell\u2019allenamento della cosiddetta Forza Specifica.<\/p>\n<p>Nel Functional Training la Forza Specifica \u00e8 un obiettivo di allenamento estremamente articolato. L\u2019esercizio, tipicamente eseguito in piedi, prevede una fase di partenza nella quale il corpo sia interamente attivato nel compito di sostenere il braccio, che esprimendo Forza Tonica andr\u00e0 ad innalzare il Kettlebell \u201cover head\u201d come si usa dire, cio\u00e8 al di sopra della testa, fino a raggiungere la cosiddetta posizione di lock out.<\/p>\n<p>Sebbene una distensione di tale genere possa essere facilmente replicata in varie esecuzioni con manubrio [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/categorie-attrezzi-fitness\/manubri-gommati-hex-rubber-dumbbell-manubri-aerobica-vinile\/\"><strong>[LINK]<\/strong><\/a>, bilanciere [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/categorie-attrezzi-fitness\/bilancieri-weightlifting-powerlifting-axle-curl-superpump\/\"><strong>LINK]<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>ed altri carichi esterni, la particolare situazione di brandeggio del Kettlebell stesso, il cui baricentro viene a trovarsi in una posizione del tutto esterna all\u2019asse perpendicolare lungo il quale giace il braccio disteso verso l\u2019alto, implica un coinvolgimento drasticamente differente dell\u2019intero Sistema.<\/p>\n<h4>La Spalla<\/h4>\n<p>La Spalla, grazie ad una fondamentale stabilizzazione del Cingolo Scapolo-Omerale, viene attivata in modo molto pi\u00f9 completo essendo impegnata nell\u2019importante azione di contrasto alle forze latero-laterali esercitate dal Kettlebell, azione necessaria ad impedire la caduta laterale del Kettlebell stesso fin dalla posizione di partenza. Quest\u2019ultima vede la mano al petto verso la linea mediale dello sterno ad altezza della gola e lo Strumento alloggiato con la massa tra braccio, avambraccio e petto.<\/p>\n<p>Durante l\u2019esecuzione del movimento, il braccio, se correttamente disteso secondo un asse perfettamente perpendicolare al suolo, mantiene una tensione muscolare completa dall\u2019inizio fino alla fine della fase concentrica, momento di massima distensione; tensione che viene di nuovo mantenuta durante tutta la fase eccentrica di ritorno in \u201crack\u201d, quasi come a \u201ctirare\u201d il
