{"id":2824,"date":"2018-09-01T15:04:43","date_gmt":"2018-09-01T13:04:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/?p=2824"},"modified":"2025-12-23T12:39:55","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T11:39:55","slug":"nadya-ochner-athletic-preparation-snowboarding","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/en\/2018\/09\/01\/nadya-ochner-preparazione-atletica-snowboard\/","title":{"rendered":"Nadya Ochner: athletic preparation for snowboarding between functional training and the Olympics"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<p>Cambiamenti repentini di velocit\u00e0 e di direzione, una prestazione atletica ad altissima intensit\u00e0 e su una base inevitabilmente instabile come una pista innevata:\u00a0lo snowboard portato a livello agonistico richiede sicuramente una preparazione muscolare e articolare di grandissima portata\u00a0per permettere il raggiungimento del proprio massimo potenziale, ma anche solo per evitare potenziali danni e infortuni.<\/p>\n<h3>Lo snowboard e il funzionale per Nadya Ochner<\/h3>\n<p>Ne \u00e8 sicuramente consapevole\u00a0Nadya Ochner, snowboarder per le Fiamme Oro e nazionale italiana <a href=\"https:\/\/nadya.ochner.it\/it\">[LINK]<\/a>, che appena pochi mesi fa ha preso parte alle Olimpiadi Invernali di PyeongChang 2018: \u201cPer me l\u2019allenamento funzionale\u00a0riveste un ruolo sicuramente importante nella preparazione atletica per lo snowboard \u2013 racconta la 25enne altoatesina, venuta in\u00a0Sidea\u00a0per partecipare al\u00a0Fuori Fiera \u2013 Il functional training permette infatti di allenare muscoli diversi dai soliti\u00a0, inclusi quelli pi\u00f9 piccoli che per\u00f2 hanno un ruolo importante nello stabilizzare quelli principali e di conseguenza tutto il sistema muscolare. Facendo snowboard questo \u00e8 sicuramente molto utile, specialmente quando la pista si rovina: in casi simili\u00a0la stabilit\u00e0 diventa fondamentale per non subire tutte le \u2018botte\u2019 del terreno, evitando quindi di cadere\u00a0. Pi\u00f9 in generale per\u00f2, pi\u00f9 si \u00e8 stabili in pista e pi\u00f9 si \u00e8 in grado di controllare i propri movimenti, pi\u00f9 si potr\u00e0 essere veloci. A riguardo in realt\u00e0 ci sono opinioni molto differenti: alcuni, pochi per la verit\u00e0, non fanno per niente allenamento funzionale.\u00a0Personalmente io facendolo ho sentito che mi fa bene, align=\"justify\">\n<h3>Allenamento e fasi della preparazione atletica per lo snowboard<\/h3>\n<p>La preparazione atletica nello snowboard\u00a0\u00e8 per\u00f2 ovviamente scandita in modo diverso nel corso dell\u2019anno, variando nelle modalit\u00e0 di allenamento e nell\u2019intensit\u00e0 con l\u2019avvicinarsi della stagione invernale: \u201cIn media mi alleno circa\u00a05 ore al giorno, 5-6 giorni a settimana\u00a0\u2013 continua Nadya &#8211; In estate mi preparo atleticamente tra 1 ora e mezza e 3 ore al mattino e altrettanto al pomeriggio. Per quanto riguarda l\u2019allenamento funzionale <a title=\"allenamento funzionale\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/categorie-attrezzi-fitness\/attrezzi-functional-training-palestre-professionisti-fitness\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">[LINK]<\/a>, mi concentro soprattutto su esercizi propriocettivi su basi instabili <a title=\"esercizi propriocettivi su basi instabili\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/categorie-attrezzi-fitness\/attrezzi-balance-training\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">[LINK]<\/a>\u00a0(come Duneball, tavolette, cuscinetti, Flying <a title=\"Flying\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/categorie-attrezzi-fitness\/flying-suspension-training-allenamento-sospensione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">[LINK]<\/a>\u00a0ecc.)\u00a0in combinazione con pesi leggeri o\u00a0Flowbag <a title=\"Flowbag\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/categorie-attrezzi-fitness\/flowbag-flowball-sandbag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">[LINK]<\/a>, cos\u00ec da rinforzare principalmente le gambe, gli addominali e gli adduttori. Da settembre in poi per\u00f2 il ritmo cambia, perch\u00e9 comincia l\u2019allenamento sulla neve: circa 3-4 ore di snowboard al mattino e 1-2 al pomeriggio. Anche per prepararmi alle Olimpiadi di PyeongChang ho seguito questo schema, perch\u00e9 mi fa stare bene fisicamente\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3>I risultati di Nadya e le origini della passione per lo sport<\/h3>\n<p>Gi\u00e0 parte della squadra olimpica nella precedente edizione di\u00a0Sochi 2014, Nadya Ochner ha partecipato anche ai mondiali di\u00a0Stoneham 2013, Lachtal 2015 e Sierra Nevada 2017, ottenendo in Coppa del Mondo anche 6 podi di cui 3 vittorie nella specialit\u00e0\u00a0Parallel-Mixed-Team-Slalom. Come quasi per tutti gli sportivi, per Nadya la passione per lo snowboard ha per\u00f2 origini lontane: \u201cQuando avevo\u00a05 anni\u00a0vedevo mio padre scendere sulle piste e allenarsi tra i paletti coi suoi amici e mi \u00e8 talmente piaciuto che ho deciso di provare anche io. Ricordo ancora le cadute e le lacrime mentre imparavo, ma non ho mai voluto smettere:\u00a0volevo migliorare, e cos\u00ec \u00e8 ancora oggi\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3>Obiettivi nel prossimo futuro<\/h3>\n<p>Proprio a questo proposito, Nadya si \u00e8 soffermata anche sulle\u00a0prossime sfide che la attendono: \u201cIl prossimo grande obiettivo \u00e8 sicuramente quello dei\u00a0Mondiali di Park City, che prenderanno il via negli Stati Uniti nel febbraio 2019. Sto cercando di prepararmi al meglio sia atleticamente che tecnicamente, per iniziare con delle belle gare di Coppa del Mondo da dicembre in poi e arrivare pronta ai Mondiali\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3>I CINQUE MUST: L\u2019ALLENAMENTO FUNZIONALE PER LO SNOWBOARD<\/h3>\n<p>Come giustamente sottolineato da Nadya Ochner, lo\u00a0snowboard\u00a0\u00e8 una disciplina fatta di\u00a0equilibrio, stabilit\u00e0, ma anche\u00a0forza\u00a0e\u00a0reattivit\u00e0\u00a0nei movimenti.\u00a0L\u2019allenamento funzionale pu\u00f2 perci\u00f2 assolvere un ruolo fondamentale nel preparare l\u2019atleta e nel fornirgli le basi su cui poi costruire anche a livello tecnico. Proprio a questo scopo, prima di dedicarsi ad allenamenti specifici sui movimenti maggiormente sollecitati nello snowboard,\u00a0\u00e8 indispensabile un lavoro di miglioramento della mobilit\u00e0 articolare, della propriocezione e infine della forza generale. Possono perfettamente rientrare in questa fase gli esercizi su base instabile o con Flying e Flowbag citati da Nadya, i quali permettono di allenare la propriocezione e la reattivit\u00e0. Solo in un secondo momento \u00e8 consigliabile proseguire ad obiettivi pi\u00f9 specifici, localizzati in base alle sollecitazioni della disciplina in questione. In questo senso, i\u00a0\u201cCinque Must\u201d individuati dalla trainer WTA\u00a0Evgenia Babrovskaia\u00a0(gi\u00e0 preparatrice della snowboarder italiana Corinna Boccacini) per questo sport sono il\u00a0Flyo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/attrezzatura-fitness\/or16046-flyo-outrace\/\">[LINK]<\/a> Side Balance, il\u00a0Kettlebell <a title=\"Kettlebell\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/categorie-attrezzi-fitness\/kettlebell-strong-kettlebell-competition-kettlebell-vinyl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">[LINK]<\/a>\u00a0Side Skiing Squat, il\u00a0Kettlebell <a title=\"Kettlebell\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/categorie-attrezzi-fitness\/kettlebell-strong-kettlebell-competition-kettlebell-vinyl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">[LINK]<\/a>\u00a0Swing, il\u00a0Flowbag <a title=\"Flowbag\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/categorie-attrezzi-fitness\/flowbag-flowball-sandbag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">[LINK]<\/a>\u00a0Front Snatch &amp; Lunge ed il Flowbag <a title=\"Flowbag\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/categorie-attrezzi-fitness\/flowbag-flowball-sandbag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">[LINK]<\/a>\u00a0Side Swing &amp; Halo.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Flyo Side Balance<\/strong>: perfetto per introdurre al controllo del proprio baricentro mentre si effettua un movimento dinamico su base instabile. La pedana, per le sue propriet\u00e0, \u00e8 infatti particolarmente indicata a riprodurre le condizioni degli sport su neve.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kettlebell Side Skiing Squat<\/strong>: permette di allenarsi a trasferire il fulcro del movimento sul piano trasverso alle anche, mantenendo invece il pi\u00f9 possibile stabili le ginocchia che altrimenti si potrebbero usurare causando infortuni ai legamenti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kettlebell Swing<\/strong>: rientra in un programma di preparazione generica, essendo in grado di completare il movimento di flessione ed estensione delle anche che nello snowboard trova perfettamente riscontro nei movimenti alternati dello slalom. Attraverso questo esercizio \u00e8 possibile infatti allenare la potenza dell\u2019estensione delle anche.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flowbag Front Snatch &amp; Lunge<\/strong>: consente di coordinare le anche e le spalle sui piani saggittale e frontale, aumentando il controllo del centro corporeo in modo tale da contrastare l\u2019instabilit\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flowbag Side Swing &amp; Halo<\/strong>: mette in connessione la parte inferiore e quella superiore del corpo, ma in questo caso su un piano di movimento pi\u00f9 complesso rispetto al Front Snatch &amp; Lunge, ovvero quello trasverso, che \u00e8 particolarmente sfruttato nello snowboard.
