Progettare attrezzature significa progettare possibilit\u00e0 motorie. E progettare possibilit\u00e0 motorie significa comprendere come il corpo produce e gestisce la forza.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 proprio su questo terreno che si \u00e8 mosso l\u2019intervento di Serena Dalle Palle al <em>StrongFirst Summit of Strength 2026<\/em>, evento internazionale che si \u00e8 svolto a Cesena il 31 gennaio e 1 febbraio 2026, riunendo coach, strength trainer e professionisti del movimento provenienti da tutta Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Il titolo del suo intervento \u2013 <em>\u201cPattern di spinta e trazione: integrazione SAS e BAS\u201d<\/em> \u2013 pu\u00f2 sembrare tecnico. In realt\u00e0 affronta uno dei temi pi\u00f9 centrali della programmazione moderna della forza: la relazione tra Bent Arm Strength (BAS) e Straight Arm Strength (SAS).<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"img costruire vs gestire la forza<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nel linguaggio della preparazione atletica, la <strong>Bent Arm Strength (forza a braccia piegate)<\/strong> rappresenta la modalit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 diffusa e tradizionale di allenamento della parte superiore del corpo.<\/p>\n<p>Push-up, dip, trazioni, curl, panca, rematore: sono tutti esempi di movimenti a leva corta in cui la flessione del gomito permette un\u2019elevata espressione di forza e una significativa richiesta metabolica.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 la forza che costruiamo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 la forza che domina nel powerlifting, nel bodybuilding e in molte metodologie di strength training.<\/p>\n<p>Ma non \u00e8 l\u2019unica forma di forza che conta.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Straight Arm Strength (forza a braccia tese)<\/strong> lavora su un piano differente: non si limita a produrre forza, ma la organizza e la trasmette attraverso strutture pi\u00f9 complesse.<\/p>\n<p>Plank attivi, supporti agli anelli, L-sit, handstand, hollow body, leve: qui il gomito \u00e8 esteso, la leva si allunga e la richiesta diventa prevalentemente neurale e stabilizzativa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 la forza che insegna a gestire.<\/p>\n<p>E questa distinzione non \u00e8 teorica: \u00e8 biomeccanica, neuromuscolare e articolare.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Perch\u00e9 integrare SAS e BAS nella programmazione della forza<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Uno dei messaggi pi\u00f9 potenti emersi durante il Summit \u00e8 che allenare solo una delle due modalit\u00e0 crea limitazioni adattative.<\/p>\n<p>Un approccio esclusivamente centrato sulla Bent Arm Strength pu\u00f2 generare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>carenze di stabilit\u00e0 scapolare;<\/li>\n<li>sovraccarichi articolari nel medio-lungo periodo;<\/li>\n<li>scarsa trasferibilit\u00e0 verso gesti complessi o skill avanzate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al contrario, un approccio focalizzato solo sulla Straight Arm Strength pu\u00f2:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>limitare l\u2019espressione di forza dinamica;<\/li>\n<li>ridurre la capacit\u00e0 di spinta e trazione tradizionale;<\/li>\n<li>rallentare lo sviluppo della forza massimale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La soluzione non \u00e8 scegliere. \u00c8 integrare.<\/p>\n<p>E questa integrazione \u00e8 perfettamente coerente con una visione evoluta della preparazione fisica: costruire un corpo realmente funzionale, capace non solo di muovere carichi <\/strong><strong>ruolo chiave della scapola<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Uno dei passaggi tecnicamente pi\u00f9 interessanti dell\u2019intervento di Serena ha riguardato il concetto di <em>Scapular Strength<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Nella Straight Arm Strength, il complesso scapolare diventa il centro di controllo del movimento. La forza non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 concentrata esclusivamente nei grandi motori (gran dorsale, grande pettorale), ma si distribuisce su stabilizzatori pi\u00f9 piccoli e spesso trascurati nell\u2019allenamento tradizionale, come trapezio medio\/inferiore e dentato anteriore.<\/p>\n<p>Questo comporta due implicazioni fondamentali per coach e personal trainer:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Lo sviluppo della SAS richiede tempo, perch\u00e9 i piccoli stabilizzatori devono adattarsi a carichi e tensioni nuove.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019integrazione della SAS migliora la salute della spalla, riducendo gli squilibri tra grandi motori e stabilizzatori.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In un contesto in cui dolori anteriori di spalla, impingement e sovraccarichi sono estremamente diffusi, inserire lavoro a braccia tese nella programmazione settimanale non \u00e8 una scelta estetica. \u00c8 una scelta strategica.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Differenze biomeccaniche: leva corta vs leva lunga<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dal punto di vista tecnico, le differenze tra BAS e SAS sono nette.<\/p>\n<p>Bent Arm Strength<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leva corta \u2192 maggiore capacit\u00e0 di esprimere forza assoluta<\/li>\n<li>Alta richiesta metabolica<\/li>\n<li>Pattern pi\u00f9 facilmente apprendibile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Straight Arm Strength<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leva lunga \u2192 maggiore stress articolare<\/li>\n<li>Elevata richiesta di controllo scapolare e del core<\/li>\n<li>Alta richiesta neurale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Comprendere queste differenze \u00e8 fondamentale per una corretta programmazione dell\u2019allenamento della forza, soprattutto in ambito professionale.<\/p>\n<p>Non si tratta di rendere gli esercizi \u201cpi\u00f9 difficili\u201d, ma di progredire su variabili precise: leva, allineamento, tempo sotto tensione (TUT) e controllo.<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"img has-hover x md-x lg-x y md-y lg-y\" id=\"image_154596008\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"img-inner dark\" >\n\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1020\" height=\"574\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Sidea-summit-of-strength-strongfirst-Serena-conferenza-5-1400x788.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large\" alt=\"Allenamento funzionale con istruttrice in palestra, attrezzature fitness professionale per migliorare la performance e la forma fisica. della fatica<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Un altro punto centrale dell\u2019intervento riguarda l\u2019organizzazione del micro e macro-ciclo.<\/p>\n<p>Bent Arm e Straight Arm non si alternano a caso.<\/p>\n<p>La loro distribuzione dipende da quattro variabili chiave:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>livello del soggetto;<\/li>\n<li>obiettivo della fase;<\/li>\n<li>tolleranza articolare;<\/li>\n<li>capacit\u00e0 di controllo motorio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tra le proposte emerse:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Struttura 5 giorni con bilanciere prioritario e SAS complementare (alta frequenza, alto volume);<\/li>\n<li>Struttura 4 giorni con priorit\u00e0 alla SAS e bilanciere in mantenimento (alta qualit\u00e0, alto recupero);<\/li>\n<li>Cicli mensili con fasi di accumulo tecnico, integrazione e consolidamento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un concetto particolarmente rilevante per chi lavora con bilancieri e carichi elevati: la straight arm strength non va portata a cedimento e non deve competere con i big lift.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019organizzazione \u00e8 per qualit\u00e0, non per fatica.<\/p>\n<p>Questo principio \u00e8 estremamente coerente con un approccio professionale alla strength &amp; conditioning: la fatica \u00e8 uno strumento, non un obiettivo.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Skill before Strength: prima l\u2019abilit\u00e0, poi il carico<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Un passaggio che ha suscitato grande interesse \u00e8 stato il principio: <em>\u201cSkillwork before Strengthwork\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Le abilit\u00e0 complesse \u2013 verticale, supporti avanzati, leve \u2013 devono essere allenate prima del lavoro di forza tradizionale.<\/p>\n<p>Blocchi tecnici da 10\u201320 minuti in modalit\u00e0 controllata, focus neurale, attenzione all\u2019allineamento.<\/p>\n<p>Solo successivamente si passa a serie e ripetizioni con carichi esterni.<\/p>\n<p>Perch\u00e9 la forza, soprattutto in contesti professionali, non \u00e8 solo output meccanico. \u00c8 coordinazione. \u00c8 davvero:<\/p>\n<p>Un corpo forte non \u00e8 quello che muove pi\u00f9 carico, ma quello che lo gestisce e lo domina al meglio.<\/p>\n<p>Quando la programmazione diventa architettura del movimento, la
