Che tu sia un agonista di questi sport, un \u2018warrior weekend\u2019 oppure solamente un appassionato che si dedica a ci\u00f2 nel periodo delle ferie invernali, sicuramente <strong>una buona preparazione presciistica riuscir\u00e0 a rendere pi\u00f9 performanti le tue discese<\/strong>, oltre ad <strong>evitare infortuni<\/strong> poco graditi. Che tu faccia sci di fondo, snowboard, pattinaggio sul ghiaccio o sci alpino poco importa: una giusta preparazione atletica per gli sport invernali \u00e8 essenziale per preservare la tua incolumit\u00e0 e per goderti al massimo le tue giornate sulla neve.<\/p>\n<p>Questi sport hanno tutti in comune la caratteristica di <strong>impegnare in maniera significativa arti inferiori e core<\/strong>. Non tutti hanno la buona abitudine di mantenersi attivi durante l\u2019anno con altre attivit\u00e0 e questo pu\u00f2 comportare un maggior rischio di infortunarsi durante il loro svolgimento.<\/p>\n<h3>Come evitare infortuni sugli sci o sullo snowboard<\/h3>\n<p>La maggior parte degli infortuni durante lo svolgimento di queste attivit\u00e0 sono causati dalla <strong>mancanza di forza muscolare proprio negli arti inferiori<\/strong>, <strong>nonch\u00e9 nella stabilit\u00e0 del tronco<\/strong>. Le gambe sono soggette a contrazioni per lo pi\u00f9 isometriche ed eccentriche durante le discese con gli sci o lo snowboard, le quali stressano in maniera importante la muscolatura. Se non allenati, questi muscoli si \u201cstancheranno\u201d molto velocemente e non riusciranno pi\u00f9 a stabilizzare e controllare le varie articolazioni, con il rischio di incorrere in <strong>cadute, movimenti di torsione non controllati e sovraccarichi di altri gruppi muscolari<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ricordati che questi sport hanno in comune il fatto di essere praticati sulla <strong>neve<\/strong>, che ha la caratteristica di essere <strong>un terreno imprevedibile e mutabile<\/strong> durante il corso della giornata. Non sempre ci si trova davanti a delle belle piste battute, che riescano a mantenere la loro compattezza durante tutta la giornata. Buche, zone pi\u00f9 morbide o lastre di ghiaccio possono incidere negativamente sul gesto tecnico che stai eseguendo, e se non si ha una buona stabilit\u00e0 e coordinazione il rischio di caduta o di <\/div>\n\n\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<h3>Preparazione atletica per gli sport invernali: quali esercizi eseguire<\/h3>\n<p>Come detto in precedenza i gruppi muscolari principalmente coinvolti in queste attivit\u00e0 sono gli <strong>arti inferiori<\/strong>, quindi un ottimo metodo per prepararsi alle discese in pista \u00e8 quello di inserire alcuni <strong>esercizi specifici<\/strong> nelle proprie routine di allenamento (se pratichi gi\u00e0 qualche sport) o di eseguire qualche circuito anche a casa in modo da <strong>tonificare e rendere pi\u00f9 stabili le tue articolazioni<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Squat, affondi e tenute isometriche sono sicuramente gli esercizi pi\u00f9 utili da eseguire, in quanto allenano quadricipite, gluteo, femorali nonch\u00e9 il core.<\/p>\n<p>Di seguito una piccola <strong>routine di allenamento<\/strong> per la preparazione agli sport invernali che puoi eseguire comodamente anche a casa 2 volte a settimana:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Squat<\/li>\n<li>Plank frontale con appoggio sui gomiti<\/li>\n<li>Affondi sagittali alternati<\/li>\n<li>Ponte per glutei<\/li>\n<li>Plank laterale con appoggio sul gomito<\/li>\n<li>Squat isometrico con o senza appoggio al muro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Se hai la possibilit\u00e0 di appoggiarti in qualche <strong>palestra<\/strong>, e hai diverse attrezzature a disposizione, questo \u00e8 il circuito che fa al caso tuo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Squat su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/attrezzatura-fitness\/8031-dune-ball-board-fitness-ball-semisfera\/\">Dune alternati<\/li>\n<li>Plank frontale con appoggio sui gomiti<\/li>\n<li>Clean con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/attrezzatura-fitness\/8054-flow-bag\/\">Flowbag<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Russian twist con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/attrezzatura-fitness\/0495-0498-medical-ball-palla-medica-con-maniglie\/\">Med Ball<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Squat isometrico su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/attrezzatura-fitness\/8031-dune-ball-board-fitness-ball-semisfera\/\">Dune Ball Board<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sia nel primo che nel secondo caso, esegui <strong>3 volte<\/strong> questo circuito facendo <strong>30 secondi di attivit\u00e0 e recuperando per altri 30 secondi<\/strong>, il tempo per prepararsi all\u2019esercizio successivo. Ricorda che non bisogna solamente tonificare i propri muscoli per essere certi di non incorrere in infortuni sugli sci o sullo snowboard, ma bisogna anche avere <strong>la capacit\u00e0 di poter coordinare i vari movimenti<\/strong> ed avere una certa <strong>mobilit\u00e0<\/strong> che ti permetta di <strong>sostenere movimenti improvvisi eseguiti ad alta velocit\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>5 consigli utili per goderti al massimo la tua attivit\u00e0:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Preparati al meglio<\/strong> alla tua settimana o weekend di sport invernali eseguendo per esempio le routine presentate.<\/li>\n<li>Cerca di <strong>mantenerti idratato durante l\u2019attivit\u00e0<\/strong>. Anche se \u00e8 freddo ci\u00f2 non vuol dire che tu non stia sudando, mantenere i muscoli idratati ti permetter\u00e0 di resistere pi\u00f9 a lungo nella tua giornata.<\/li>\n<li>Mangia <strong>cibi ricchi di vitamine e minerali<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Cerca di <strong>fare qualche pausa<\/strong> fra le varie discese.<\/li>\n<li>Non partire subito dalle piste pi\u00f9 difficili. Appena inizi la tua attivit\u00e0 oppure dopo una lunga sosta prova ad <strong>eseguire una pista facile<\/strong> in modo da poterla utilizzare come <strong>riscaldamento<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ti sono piaciuti i consigli?
