In the realisation of areas dedicated to functional training, athletic preparation, free body exercises and games, the use of synthetic grass is particularly widespread, also for reasons of undoubted aesthetic impact. In order to reconcile this solution with the need for a surface capable of cushioning the possible fall of people and weights (kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, etc.), the EcoGym Garden was born. The new model uses the same 10 mm thick rubber granulate as the EcoGym, code 9201<\/span>, coupled with a 25 mm thick synthetic turf surface. The solution makes it possible to obtain a comfortable, soft grass surface, particularly pleasant to the touch, suitable for ground exercises, especially in the synthetic grass-skin contact, but also suitable for weight training. In fact, the new rubber bottom guarantees excellent stability and a significantly improved ability to keep the joints intact. Dynamic exercises, such as sprints for example, or activities with a high level of friction on the surface, sleds, remain discouraged, even though the new EcoGym Garden appears durable and firm.<\/p>\n
