LIGHTWEIGHT ALUMINIUM BARBELL<\/h2>\n

Lightweight barbell with 28 mm diameter aluminium bar. Characterised by a high finish, the Lightweight Aluminium Barbell code 9014<\/span>\/1 mounts 50 mm diameter, rotating disc holder adapters made of steel and finished with chrome plating.<\/p>\n

The Lightweight Aluminium Barbell code 9014<\/span>\/1 stems from the need to have a tool with technical characteristics similar to an Olympic barbell but with a significantly lower weight. For this reason it is suitable as an introductory barbell when learning weightlifting techniques (snatch and momentum), but also in all those contexts in which a 'light' barbell that is technically very similar to a regular barbell may be useful.<\/p>\n

It can also be used on benches and racks, but always bearing in mind the load limit<\/strong> (cautiously set at 50 kg), because the aluminium barbell can easily be confused with a normal barbell and used for complementary exercises for which the aluminium bar is not suitable, such as tight grip exercises.<\/p>\n
