Viking Handle is a horn-shaped handle with rotating neutral grips that can be used with the Total-Core Pin code 9029<\/span>or with any type of landmine, as long as it is equipped with a barbell with 50 mm diameter disc holder sleeves. Extremely practical to use, it allows you to perform a wide range of pushing exercises, characterised by numerous variables, which always have in common intense core training.<\/p>\n Designed to be practical, simple and effective, the Viking Handle 9029\/4 features two rotating neutral grips and a double disc loading option: on the barbell and via an additional central 20 cm long disc holder.<\/p>\n The latter solution allows the load to be changed quickly, avoiding the use of side disc carriers that would considerably increase the size of the tool.<\/p>\n The rotating grips, spaced 60 cm apart, are rubberized and 34 mm in diameter, so that they are comfortable for the palm of the hand even during heavy presses.<\/p>\n The effectiveness of the equipment is also due to the wide range of exercises that can be performed: clean & jerk, press, row, lunge, squat, overhead squat, jump squat, etc., exercises characterised by intense core training and, if necessary, high explosiveness.
