The Rack 9045 is a station designed for performing two fundamental exercises in powerlifting: the Squat and Bench Press. Its development was guided by the input of athletes and gym managers specialising in weightlifting, with the aim of creating a high-quality, stable, durable, correctly dimensioned and maximally functional product.<\/p>\n

To ensure solidity and safety, the structure rests on a wide base made of 70\u00d770 mm steel tubing, equipped with rubber feet for greater stability and floor protection.<\/p>\n

The telescopic supports for the balance, as well as all adjustable components, are made of stainless steel, with laser-engraved numbering, for precise and immediate adjustment.<\/p>\n

The wide and secure spotter platforms have been finished with a non-slip coating, ensuring stability at every stage of lifting.<\/p>\n

The lifting system of the barbell supports is precise, allowing quick and safe adjustment, even with high loads. The tilting mechanism of the uprights is also effective and simple, allowing them to be adjusted by up to 5\u00b0 inwards, facilitating the exit of the barbell during squats and offering a wider grip for taller athletes.<\/p>\n

The four J-hooks, equipped with nylon rollers, allow the athlete to easily move the barbell sideways during setup. The central groove of the rollers, however, ensures good position retention once the barbell is positioned.<\/p>\n

The 53 cm long safety spotters are made of stainless steel and finished with plastic, with slanted ends. They are adjustable and easy to remove in case you prefer to have the rack completely free.<\/p>\n

The Rack 9045 is designed to integrate with the Flat Bench 9020 (not included), thanks to a dedicated anchoring system that increases its stability during use. At the same time, the bench can be quickly detached and, thanks to the integrated wheels, used independently of the rack, ensuring maximum versatility.<\/p>\n

In addition, the Flat Bench 9020 can be equipped with the optional one-piece ANTI-SLIP R9020A padding. This padding has a very high grip (so-called 'grippy') coating that facilitates the adoption of the arched bench press technique.<\/p>\n
