Unlike standard adjustable benches, the FLEX BENCH is designed to offer an above-average tilt extension, allowing for maximum versatility when performing numerous exercises that require pronounced inclinations or a slight degree of declination.<\/p>\n

Ideal for upper-body pushing exercises, core training - with a focus on the abdominals - and work on the posterior leg chain, the FLEX BENCH represents the most versatile solution in the panorama of adjustable, or rather, super-adjustable benches.<\/p>\n

It is precisely the presence of an adjustable leg lock bar, which allows the legs to be firmly locked, together with the two footrests integrated into the frame, designed to facilitate climbing and ensure correct posture even with the bench at a steep angle, that makes this extreme versatility of use possible.<\/p>\n

Although it does not offer the absolute stability of a flat bench, with its 59 kg weight, steel support structure, and a quick adjustment system via semi-circular perforated plates with a snap-on knob, the FLEX BENCH nevertheless provides excellent solidity, making it suitable for weight training exercises and particularly useful for flat, incline, and decline bench presses.<\/p>\n

\nThis component, which is essential to ensure compliance with professional standards and resistance to high loads, is retractable and can be easily lowered when you want to set the bench in a reclined position.<\/p>\n

The large central handle and rubberized wheels make the FLEX BENCH extremely easy to move and precisely position, even within racks, guaranteeing excellent manoeuvrability. Placed in a Power Cage or All-in-One Rack, it transforms into a complete workstation for performing multi-joint exercises such as bench press, shoulder press, seated row and step-up with support. Used independently, it transforms into a powerhouse for workouts with dumbbells, kettlebells, elastic bands or short barbells, covering the entire range of exercises for the chest, shoulders, back, abdominals and even the lower limbs. The ability to set a slight degree of declination, combined with the leg lock system, opens the way for core training exercises such as declined crunches, leg raises and twists.<\/p>\n

The faux leather upholstery with embossed faux leather effect guarantees the best compromise between wear resistance, grip and ease of positioning on the bench.<\/p>\n
