De or\u00edgenes muy remotos (los romanos ya lo practicaban con el nombre de <em>harpastum<\/em>), es uno de los deportes de equipo en pista cubierta y es el que cuenta con la pista m\u00e1s grande. Como todos los deportes, el balonmano tambi\u00e9n necesita una preparaci\u00f3n atl\u00e9tica espec\u00edfica, ya que tiene caracter\u00edsticas que lo hacen \u00fanico en su pr\u00e1ctica. Sin una preparaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y atl\u00e9tica adecuada, el riesgo de lesi\u00f3n ser\u00eda elevado, ya que se trata de una actividad con un alto impacto tanto articular como muscular.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Caracter\u00edsticas del balonmano<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p align=\"justify\">El balonmano se juega 7 contra 7, en un campo de 40 metros de largo x 20 metros de ancho: la distancia a recorrer no es peque\u00f1a y aunque el equipo est\u00e9 formado por 7 jugadores, el gasto energ\u00e9tico es elevado. Precisamente por esta caracter\u00edstica, se puede pensar que a nivel metab\u00f3lico esta actividad puede ser muy parecida al baloncesto, con acciones cortas y r\u00e1pidas, saltos y cambios bruscos de direcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El balonmano forma parte de las actividades aer\u00f3bicas-anaer\u00f3bicas alternas, por lo que la preparaci\u00f3n atl\u00e9tica desempe\u00f1a un papel absolutamente importante, ya que requiere un buen componente muscular adem\u00e1s del cardiorrespiratorio.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-144414 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/handball-pallamano-preparazione-atletica-sidea-2.jpg\" alt=\"balonmano-balonmano-preparacion-atletismo-aerobico-potencia-fuerza muscular\" width=\"506\" height=\"506\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/handball-pallamano-preparazione-atletica-sidea-2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/handball-pallamano-preparazione-atletica-sidea-2-400x400.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/handball-pallamano-preparazione-atletica-sidea-2-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/handball-pallamano-preparazione-atletica-sidea-2-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/handball-pallamano-preparazione-atletica-sidea-2-700x700.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/handball-pallamano-preparazione-atletica-sidea-2-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 506px) 100vw, 506px\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n atl\u00e9tica para el balonmano: potencia aer\u00f3bica y refuerzo muscular<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p align=\"justify\">Para prepararse mejor para el balonmano, podemos considerar dos macros en la preparaci\u00f3n atl\u00e9tica, la parte relativa al fortalecimiento aer\u00f3bico y la parte m\u00e1s espec\u00edfica relativa al desarrollo y fortalecimiento muscular.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Potencia aer\u00f3bica: qu\u00e9 es y c\u00f3mo entrenarla<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La potencia aer\u00f3bica representa el volumen m\u00e1ximo de ox\u00edgeno que puede utilizar el organismo en la unidad de tiempo durante un esfuerzo m\u00e1ximo; una vez alcanzado el l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo, cada aumento de la intensidad no provoca un aumento del consumo de ox\u00edgeno.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\"El mecanismo aer\u00f3bico es importante en las fases de recuperaci\u00f3n para saldar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente las deudas de ox\u00edgeno\". <\/em>(El entrenamiento \u00f3ptimo, Weineck)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p align=\"justify\">Uno de los m\u00e9todos m\u00e1s utilizados para mejorar la potencia aer\u00f3bica es el entrenamiento intermitente. Este m\u00e9todo consiste en realizar sprints repetidos, lanzamientos o acciones de juego durante unos 15-20 segundos y con recuperaciones que pueden ser iguales al tiempo de trabajo (1:1) o incluso reducirse a la mitad (2:1).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Si decides trabajar con recuperaciones no completas, esto te ayudar\u00e1 a acostumbrar a tu cuerpo a eliminar el lactato y a mantener una deuda de ox\u00edgeno constante. La elecci\u00f3n de los metros cuadrados queda siempre a discreci\u00f3n del entrenador atl\u00e9tico, pero mi consejo es trabajar sobre un m\u00e1ximo de 25 metros, lo que puede representar una reanudaci\u00f3n o una cobertura de porter\u00eda en el caso de una fase defensiva. Muchos entrenadores prefieren trabajar distancias m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as, de 10 a 15 metros, mientras realizan lanzamientos. Este m\u00e9todo tiene un impacto muy fuerte en los m\u00fasculos, ya que el frenado y la reanudaci\u00f3n requieren un buen tono muscular que pueda contraerse exc\u00e9ntricamente y liberar energ\u00eda de forma explosiva para reanudar el juego.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El informe <strong><em>trabajo:descanso<\/em><\/strong> puede sufrir variaciones a lo largo del a\u00f1o, en el periodo de preparaci\u00f3n se pueden implementar recuperaciones incompletas, mientras que durante el a\u00f1o, con la incorporaci\u00f3n de las competiciones del campeonato, el tiempo de recuperaci\u00f3n puede mantenerse igual al tiempo de trabajo, con el fin de mantener ese \"brillo\" muscular que todos los entrenadores buscan en sus atletas. En cualquier caso, el tiempo de trabajo nunca debe superar los 3-4 minutos de trabajo intermitente. Entre series, la recuperaci\u00f3n debe ser siempre completa, y la realizaci\u00f3n de ejercicios de baja intensidad, como movilidad articular o estiramientos, puede ayudar a deshacerse de la acumulaci\u00f3n de fatiga.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<div id=\"gap-1816193142\" class=\"gap-element clearfix\" style=\"display:block; height:auto;\">\n\t\t\n<style>\n#gap-1816193142 {\n  padding-top: 30px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<p><strong>Fortalecimiento muscular<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al fortalecimiento muscular, se pueden realizar ejercicios \"en seco\" o ejercicios sobre el terreno. Los ejercicios \"en seco\", es decir, todo lo que se realiza con pesas en el gimnasio, deben ser funcionales a las exigencias musculares que presenta la actividad espec\u00edfica. Saltos, cambios de direcci\u00f3n, lanzamientos y giros son los movimientos que se producen en cada acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">En la temporada baja, se podr\u00eda hacer m\u00e1s hincapi\u00e9 en el volumen, aumentando el n\u00famero de series y repeticiones para aprender la t\u00e9cnica y tonificar los m\u00fasculos, mientras que durante el resto del a\u00f1o se deber\u00eda optar por la intensidad, pocas repeticiones pero con una carga elevada (75-80% 1RM) para ir a por la m\u00e1xima explosividad.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Muchos son los entrenadores que deciden entrenar esto con el mismo m\u00e9todo que el entrenamiento intermitente. Peque\u00f1os circuitos de 5-6 ejercicios en los que los atletas se turnan para realizar estos movimientos durante 20-30 segundos y cambiando de ejercicio cada vez. Mi consejo es utilizar tanto ejercicios realizados con sobrecarga como movimientos realizados directamente en el campo como sprints, reinicios o saltos. Realizar ejercicios de movilidad antes y despu\u00e9s del entrenamiento te ayudar\u00e1 a mantener una postura correcta sin incurrir en desequilibrios o sobrecargas musculares.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El gran n\u00famero de pases, lanzamientos y tiros a puerta suponen un gran esfuerzo para el hombro y el torso, ya que estos movimientos se producen la mayor parte del tiempo en torsi\u00f3n. La estabilidad del tronco, la movilidad y los estiramientos deben ser una constante en tu entrenamiento, ya que preparan al cuerpo para las tensiones propias del deporte.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Antes de cada entrenamiento, recuerda siempre realizar entre 5 y 10 minutos de calentamiento espec\u00edfico para los hombros con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/es\/categorias-de-equipos-de-fitness\/bandas-elasticas-de-fitness\/\">el\u00e1sticos<\/a>pesos o herramientas que a\u00f1aden inestabilidad, como el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/es\/equipos-de-fitness\/8054-bolsa-de-flujo\/\">Bolsa de flujo<\/a>. Esta articulaci\u00f3n puede lesionarse con mucha facilidad porque, como en el voleibol, est\u00e1 sometida a tensi\u00f3n durante todo el partido y los lanzamientos, realizados con la m\u00e1xima potencia, someten a tensi\u00f3n exc\u00e9ntrica a todos los m\u00fasculos estabilizadores del hombro.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ejemplos de entrenamiento de balonmano:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Fuera de temporada:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calentamiento (movilidad - estabilidad central - prevenci\u00f3n):10 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Musculaci\u00f3n, circuitos funcionales: 20 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Entrenamiento para el desarrollo de la potencia aer\u00f3bica: 4 series de 4 minutos de trabajo intermitente con 2-3 minutos de recuperaci\u00f3n (25\/30 minutos)<\/li>\n<li>Parte t\u00e9cnica: 25 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Desfatiga: 10 minutos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>En temporada:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Calentamiento (movilidad - estabilidad central - prevenci\u00f3n): 10 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Musculaci\u00f3n (1\/2 veces por semana): 15\/20 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Entrenamiento de campo para el desarrollo espec\u00edfico de la potencia aer\u00f3bica o con ejercicios
