En effet, notre corps doit s'habituer \u00e0 maintenir une certaine position sous une charge croissante, et si cette derni\u00e8re est ing\u00e9rable, il y a de fortes chances qu'il se blesse. cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C'est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour surmonter ces probl\u00e8mes et permettre \u00e0 tous de profiter des avantages des tractions au sol qu'il existe l'exercice des \"tractions au rack\", o\u00f9 la barre ne part pas du sol, mais respectivement de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du rack.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0Avantages<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cette variante permet de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'un d\u00e9part sur\u00e9lev\u00e9, et donc de faciliter le mouvement d'envol depuis le sol, et pr\u00e9sente les avantages suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Permet de surcharger l'exercice, ce qui favorise la force.<\/li>\n<li>Il am\u00e9liore le point d'accrochage des deadlifts, qui se situe pr\u00e8s du genou.<\/li>\n<li>C'est une excellente variante pour travailler davantage les extenseurs de la hanche (fessiers) et l'arri\u00e8re des cuisses, car l'extension limit\u00e9e du genou limite l'intervention des quadriceps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00a0Inconv\u00e9nients<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le d\u00e9part du rack fait toucher l'halt\u00e8re et non les disques, ce qui peut entra\u00eener une grande perte d'\u00e9quilibre due au rebond et au d\u00e9placement de l'halt\u00e8re sur les s\u00e9curit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Le \"claquement\" de l'halt\u00e8re sur les s\u00e9curit\u00e9s du rack peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s dangereux car, si le rack n'est pas fix\u00e9 au sol, il peut basculer sur l'utilisateur avec l'halt\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>L'impact sur les s\u00e9curit\u00e9s se produit \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de l'halt\u00e8re, qui n'est pas pr\u00e9dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 un tel traumatisme et qui, par cons\u00e9quent, endommage l'halt\u00e8re et augmente le risque de rupture avec danger de blessure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tractions en bloc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une variante tr\u00e8s populaire en powerlifting et en entra\u00eenement olympique consiste \u00e0 utiliser des blocs sp\u00e9ciaux sur\u00e9lev\u00e9s.
