Studi su RIR-based training (Helms et al.) e autoregolazione hanno gi\u00e0 evidenziato come l\u2019uso di percentuali fisse possa produrre stimoli molto differenti in termini di prossimit\u00e0 al cedimento.<\/p>\n<p>In altre parole: la percentuale \u00e8 precisa sul carico, ma pu\u00f2 essere imprecisa sullo stress fisiologico.<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"img has-hover x md-x lg-x y md-y lg-y\" individuale<\/h2>\n<p>Il cuore della proposta metodologica presentata al Summit \u00e8 l\u2019introduzione di un parametro semplice ma informativo:<\/p>\n<p>RM 80%1RM<br \/>\n\u2192 numero massimo di ripetizioni tecnicamente corrette eseguibili con l\u201980% del proprio massimale.<\/p>\n<p>Perch\u00e9 l\u201980%?<\/p>\n<p>Secondo l\u2019analisi proposta:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tra 80% e 100% la relazione carico\u2013ripetizioni \u00e8 approssimabile in modo quasi lineare.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019interferenza metabolica \u00e8 contenuta rispetto a carichi inferiori.<\/li>\n<li>Le differenze individuali emergono in modo evidente.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>L\u201980% diventa quindi un punto di osservazione privilegiato per descrivere la \u201cpendenza\u201d della curva individuale.<\/p>\n\t<div esempio pratico.<\/p>\n<p>Squat 1RM = 200 kg per entrambi gli atleti.<\/p>\n<p>Atleta A<br \/>\nRM80% = 5 ripetizioni<\/p>\n<p>Atleta B<br \/>\nRM80% = 10 ripetizioni<\/p>\n<p>Secondo una tabella standard, l\u201985% dovrebbe corrispondere a circa 6 ripetizioni.<\/p>\n<p>Ma se teniamo conto del profilo individuale:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Per l\u2019Atleta A, 85% \u2248 4RM<\/li>\n<li>Per l\u2019Atleta B, 85% \u2248 7RM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prescrivere 5\u00d75 all\u201985% produce quindi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Per A: lavoro vicino o oltre il target RIR previsto<\/li>\n<li>Per B: lavoro con ampio margine, possibile sottostimolo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Stesso carico percentuale.<br \/>\nStress fisiologico differente.<\/p>\n<p>Qui emerge il \u201cguesswork\u201d: non nell\u2019uso delle introdotto \u00e8 il parametro \u0394%RM, ossia la variazione percentuale necessaria per modificare di una ripetizione il carico massimo sostenibile.<\/p>\n<p>Atleti con basso RM80% presentano curve pi\u00f9 ripide (\u0394%RM elevato).<br \/>\nAtleti con alto RM80% mostrano curve pi\u00f9 piatte (\u0394%RM ridotto).<\/p>\n<p>Questo dato descrive la sensibilit\u00e0 individuale al carico.<\/p>\n<p>Misurare questa pendenza permette di:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>prevedere meglio la prossimit\u00e0 al cedimento,<\/li>\n<li>normalizzare lo stress tra atleti,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>controllare la rischio<\/h2>\n<p>Un caso analizzato durante lo Summit \u00e8 stato quello della celebre Russian Squat Routine.<\/p>\n<p>Il modello originale presuppone implicitamente un profilo medio compatibile con circa 8 ripetizioni all\u201980%.<\/p>\n<p>Ma se il valore reale dell\u2019atleta \u00e8:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>RM80% = 5 \u2192 accumulo precoce di fatica<\/li>\n<li>RM80% = 11 \u2192 sottostimolo iniziale e picco tardivo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La struttura della routine non \u00e8 errata in s\u00e9.<br \/>\nL\u2019errore risiede nell\u2019input non verificato.<\/p>\n<p>La stessa architettura programmatica pu\u00f2 produrre effetti opposti in base al profilo individuale.<\/p>\n<h3>Ricalibrazione: stessa struttura, input individuale<\/h3>\n<p>Nella versione ricalibrata proposta:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Si misura RM80%.<\/li>\n<li>Si stima la curva individuale.<\/li>\n<li>Si definisce un target RIR coerente lungo il ciclo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La struttura del programma rimane invariata.<br \/>\nCambia il parametro di ingresso.<\/p>\n<p>Il risultato \u00e8 una riduzione sistematica dell\u2019errore prescrittivo e una maggiore uniformit\u00e0 dello stress relativo tra atleti.<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"img \u00e8 stato applicato al modello Built Strong:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heavy Day 85%<\/li>\n<li>Medium Day 75%<\/li>\n<li>Light Day 65%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La novit\u00e0 non \u00e8 nella suddivisione settimanale, ma nella traduzione del carico in ripetizioni tramite ladder costruite sul profilo reale dell\u2019atleta.<\/p>\n<p>La struttura resta stabile.<br \/>\nLa fisiologia guida l\u2019adattamento.<\/p>\n<h2>Limiti e prospettive<\/h2>\n<p>Come ogni modello, anche questo approccio presenta aspetti da considerare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La misurazione di RM80% dipende dalla qualit\u00e0 del test.<\/li>\n<li>La curva pu\u00f2 modificarsi nel tempo con l\u2019adattamento.<\/li>\n<li>La variabilit\u00e0 giornaliera richiede comunque monitoraggio (RIR, velocit\u00e0, feedback soggettivo).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Non elimina l\u2019incertezza \u2014 la riduce.<\/p>\n<p>La prospettiva interessante \u00e8 l\u2019integrazione con strumenti di autoregolazione (RIR, velocity-based training), creando un sistema ibrido tra modello predittivo e feedback in tempo reale.<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"img has-hover x md-x lg-x y md-y lg-y\"
