In case of cancellation of the order by the buyer for reasons not attributable to Sidea Srl (personal reasons, error in product selection, failure to enter any discount codes, etc.) the refund can only be made by bank transfer, the commissions relating to the payment methods will be retained.

It is possible to cancel the order as long as the status is "ORDER ACCEPTED" or "WAITING PAYMENT".

Once switched to "PROCESSING" or "SHIPPED", it will no longer be possible to request cancellation. It will eventually be possible to follow the indications for RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL once the order is received

Sidea Srl reserves the right to cancel an order in case of sudden lack of availability of the products. The refund will be made by bank transfer within 15 working days.
