The data you provide when you make a purchase, request a quote, contact us, register, or give us your contact details at a trade fair or event (for example, your name, contact details, billing and delivery details, and the content of your enquiries), and the browsing data collected whilst you are using the Website.

· to manage orders, quotations, enquiries, customer support and any account you may have on the Website, in fulfilment of the contract or in response to your requests;
· to comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting obligations;
· on the basis of your consent, to send you the newsletter and promotional communications;
· on the basis of your consent, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns through enquiries submitted via the contact form (see «Source of enquiries via the contact form»);
· on the basis of our legitimate interest, to ensure the security of the Website and prevent misuse.

In accordance with Article 130(4) of Legislative Decree 196/2003, we use the email address provided when purchasing a product to send promotional communications relating to products or services similar to those sold, without the need for express consent, subject to the user’s right to object to such communications at any time (opt-out).

If you accept marketing cookies, when you contact us via the contact form, we record how you arrived at the website (for example, via one of our adverts) and securely link your enquiry to any subsequent purchases, to understand which advertising campaigns are effective. We only share the data necessary for this measurement with Google Ads; we never share your name, email address or message. We retain this information for 13 months, and you can withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie Policy (EU) page.

To suppliers who help us manage the Website and our services (for example, hosting, email delivery, payments, shipping, business management, customer support, analytics and advertising), who process data on our behalf or as independent data controllers, and to the authorities where required by law.  Some suppliers may process data outside the European Union: in such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission or Standard Contractual Clauses.

For as long as is necessary for the purposes for which they are collected, and in any event for no longer than 10 years from the end of the contract or from the last contact with us, unless otherwise required by law.
The data used for promotional communications will be processed until you withdraw your consent or object to its processing.

You may at any time request access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, receive it in a commonly used format or object to its processing, and you may withdraw any consent you have given without this affecting any processing that has already taken place. Providing your data is optional, but without the necessary information we cannot process orders, quotations or enquiries.
