Register, add the products to the cart and complete the purchase directly on the site.
Follow these simple steps to complete the registration on the site and gain access to the new e-Commerce Sidea.

1 - LOG IN TO THE SITE

2-COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION

Enter i data collected required for registration on the site (Name, Surname, any Company, Address, City, Post Code, telephone number and email address). You can consult our Privacy Policy a this link.

IMPORTANT: choose which one user category you belong, or "Private customer" or "Fitness Professional" or "ASD – Amateur Sports Association”. For "Fitness Professional” we mean all professionals working in the world of fitness or sport, with a regularly active VAT number: gyms, personal trainers, specialists (physiotherapists, kinesiologists, nutritionists, etc.), sports teams or professional athletes.

If you belong to these categories, you will be asked for one as billing information VAT valid, the Business name and SDI code or the PEC (If you have neither, you can enter seven consecutive zeros, 0000000).

If you are not in possession of a VAT number, but still represent a sports association, you can register as "the ASD”: in this case you will only be asked for the Tax code of the association (therefore only numeric, consisting of 11 digits).

If you do not belong to any of the professional categories mentioned above, you can regularly complete the registration as "Private customer”, entering yours as billing information Tax code personal alphanumeric. Important: the tax code indicated must refer to the same person whose name and surname are indicated in the registration).

In the absence of billing data filled in correctly (therefore VAT number regularly active in the Revenue Agency portal for Professionals, numerical Tax Code for ASDs and alphanumeric Tax Code for Private Customers), the registration cannot be completed.

Once registration is complete, you will receive an email at the address indicated confirmation of registration and temporary password with which to access the site (the username is your email address). As soon as you log in for the first time, we recommend changing it to something more easily remembered.

If instead you registered as Fitness Professional or as ASD, before you can access your profile you will have to wait for ours approval (following a verification of the data provided), which will take place within a few working hours at the most. Once the confirmation of approval as a Professional has been received via email, you can log in with the credentials received at the time of registration and you will have access to the price list reserved for insiders, already applied to each product directly on the site.

3 - ADD THE PRODUCTS TO THE CART

Once registration is complete, you can freely move around the site and add the products that interest you the most to your cart. In the section "Products by Categories” you will find a convenient division of our products by topics (for example “Barbells","Dumbbells","Racks and structures" etc.). For add a product to the cart it is sufficient to enter the relative product page, possibly select the specific weight or variant of our interest, and click the "Add to cart" button.

If a product is not available for immediate delivery, the wording "Sold Out” and instead of the add to cart button there will be the one of “Notify me when it will be available”. By clicking on it, it will be possible to fill out a short form to be contacted via email as soon as the product in question can be purchased again from the site.

4 - CUSTOMIZE YOUR ORDER

Once you have added all the products you are interested in to your cart, you can begin the purchase procedure. By clicking on the shopping cart symbol (present in the top right bar on both desktop and mobile views), a side window will open with a summary of the products entered. By clicking on the button "View Cart”, you can go to change product quantities that you have entered and possibly remove the excess ones. Once this operation is completed you can select your preference at the level of transportation: you can choose the home delivery with BRT Courier or the Collection in Sidea.

In the first case, transport costs are calculated automatically based on the overall weight/volume of the order, applying the BRT rates, and on the destination. There is no spending limit beyond which the transport is free.

In the second case transport costs will not be included: once the order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification email and you can make an appointment to come and collect the order in our headquarters in Gambettola (in the province of Forlì-Cesena), directly at the entrance of our warehouse in via Perticari 11.

Under the button "Proceed to order”, you can finally enter any discount codes which you may own.

5 - PROCEED TO PAYMENT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once the cart is confirmed, you will be able to change your billing and delivery details (already filled in on the basis of those provided at the time of registration) and select the preferred payment method.

You can complete your order by paying with Credit card or Bank transfer in advance.

In the first case (payment by credit card) the charge will be immediate and you will receive a summary email of the order placed. The status of the order, which you can check in section "Orders" on your account, will initially be “ORDER ACCEPTED”, and then move on to “UNDER PROCESSING” when we have processed it and passed it to the warehouse to be prepared. Each order status change will be notified by email to the address provided.

In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, once the order is confirmed you will be provided with ours Bank account details both on the site (on the landing page immediately after confirmation) and by email. The order status will show "PENDING PAYMENT” until the payment is displayed in our home banking and the order is processed and transferred to the warehouse.

In all cases, once entrusted to BRT, the order status will change to "SHIPPED”. From that moment, the Courier will deliver in a maximum of 2-3 working days.
