RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to a professional activity) he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must send to Sidea srl communication within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to: Sidea Srl Via A. de Gasperi 90, 125 47035 Gambettola (FC)

IMPORTANT: In consideration of the fact that many natural persons, while purchasing with a tax code, act for purposes not unrelated to their entrepreneurial or professional activity, the registered letter must contain the following declaration: "aware of the criminal liability in the event of false declaration, I declare that I am to any entrepreneurial or professional activity in the sporting field."

If the communication is made via e-mail or fax, always within 14 days, confirmation is required by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent within 48 hours following the notice of withdrawal.

The notice of withdrawal was received by registered mail Sidea will quickly communicate the possibility of sending the goods as a return. The return must be sent to Sidea within 14 days of authorization.

The shipping costs and the organization of transport relating to the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer. Please return the goods as intact as possible, unused, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging.

Any damage or deficiencies may result in a partial refund.

Sidea, having received and checked the goods subject to withdrawal, will refund within the terms of the law by bank transfer as indicated by the customer
