Clubs Training

INSTRUCTOR COURSE Among the tools for Functional Training, the Clubs are certainly among those most misunderstood by many, both for their shape, which in the modern era is not easily attributable to physical training, and for the difficulty of using them when you don't have solid technical bases, which only a trainer specialized in their use can have.
On the other hand, however, due to their particular shape, clubs have unique potential compared to all other training tools, so they are extremely versatile and effective in many aspects of physical training, from injury prevention (especially of the shoulder) , both general physical preparation (of those who look for aesthetics associated with the health and functionality of the joints in the gym), and specific to all sports where a strong and functional structure of the shoulder girdle is required both in terms of stability and in movements multiplanar (combat sports, throwing sports, basketball, volleyball, water polo, tennis, baseball, rugby, soccer goalkeepers, swimming, skiing, etc).
This is in fact the fundamental feature of the clubs, allowing work in joint decompression associated with continuous stabilization in the physiological joint site of the shoulder girdle, in the three planes of movement (sagittal, frontal and above all transverse), with continuous support from the core and lower base of the body (hips and lower limbs).
Due to their shape, the clubs (conical clubs) allow the grip to be decentralized with respect to the mass. Maneuvering the clubs, in fact, rapidly develops great grip, strength, endurance and muscle quality.
Their shape also allows the safe development of ballistic movements by engaging all the muscle chains on all planes of movement, thus improving the health conditions of the joints (in particular of the shoulder-humeral-thoracic girdle) and the postural structure. as well as rapidly increasing the coordination, speed and power of the person using them!
These tools are very effective both in terms of athletic training and in improving posture and general physical conditioning.
The aim of the course is to train instructors in the safe and effective use of these extraordinary work tools, so as to be able to apply them to the requests of the athletes of the various disciplines (development of specific physical qualities) and of the common user of the Gyms ( health and beauty goals).
