SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Sidea Srl delivers throughout Italy with BRT courier, shipping costs depend on the courier's rates which vary according to the destination zip code and weight-volume ratio of the tools ordered.

Shipping times are indicated on the home page at www.sideaita.it , are calculated from receipt of payment.

Delivery takes place by BRT courier in 24/48h from the shipment notification sent by email.

Sidea Srl is not responsible for any delays in delivery by the courier.

ATTENTION:
THE COURIER DELIVERS IN FRONT OF THE ROAD HOUSE OF DESTINATION.
THE TRANSPORT DOES NOT INCLUDE PORTERAGE INSIDE THE PREMISES AND INSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCTS.

Tracking is provided directly by BRT via email or sms.

For any problem related to the delivery it is necessary to send an email to sidea@sideaita.it providing the order number and its header.
