Premium Steps – High-end professional adjustable step, characterized by large dimensions, high stability, strength, absence of sharp edges and finishes superior quality.
The rubber support surface is 37 x 97 cm and the two feet can be mounted in three different positions, allowing you to adjust the step to 3 heights: 15, 20 and 25 cm.
The bottom has 12 rubber pads and the feet attach to the step through pressure joints.

The factors that affect exercise intensity are frequency (step speed) and strength (step height): the higher the frequency, the greater the intensity. Similarly, the higher and higher the step, the more the intensity increases.
By playing with these factors it is possible to create a medium intensity exercise with low ligament stress that is typically caused by other high intensity exercises in aerobics, as cited by recent scientific studies.
To summarize these studies: the characteristics of step work have been assimilated at a level of stress on the ligaments equal to that of a road walk, while on the other hand it has an aerobic benefit equal to that of a light jog of about 10 -12Km/h.
This combination makes step training an excellent compromise that allows you to train at high heart rates while reducing the damage from stress or injury.
