SOFT BALL – Inflatable ball for Pilates and rehabilitation gymnastics
The Soft Ball is a ball with a diameter of about 26 cm, air inflatable by the user. Very used in pilates, very soft, easily dilatable and pleasant to the touch, can be used in multiple holistic exercises of gentle gymnastics, re-education, toning and water aerobics.
The measurement of 26 cm is indicative; the extreme softness of the material used can cause considerable differences in diameter between the Soft-Balls, especially if they are of different colours. To reduce this high tolerance it is necessary to have a compressor in order to over-inflate the smaller balls and then deflate them to the indicative diameter of about 26 cm.
By adopting this over-inflation/deflation technique, the Soft-Balls will be similar to each other, although never identical.
