POWER BIG TUBING – Retained stroke kit with high resistance elastic
Big Tubing elastics find application in many contexts: from functional fitness to athletic training. The held stroke is certainly the best known exercise but it is possible to use the tool in various ways, including through the use of handles and eyelet bars, for specific exercises.

Or ball exercises; football, basketball, volleyball or medicine ball. Or complex exercises that involve the simulation of specific gestures belonging to certain disciplines. Therefore, Easy Big Tubing, due to its medium-low resistance, is a multi-purpose elastic, not strictly dedicated to the held stroke.
However, by using two or three Easy Big Tubing at the same time, high resistances can be obtained. By acquiring an additional supply of Big Tubing elastics (both Power and Easy), the athlete can have a range of elastics useful for tackling different training needs.

La version Power, higher resistance than the Easy model, is useful in all those contexts in which you work with athletes in the context of specific held running or strengthening exercises.
