1707 Weight-Lifting Belt

The belt line 1707 Weight-Lifting Belt was studied for the weight lifting training at high intensity, and that is for those athletes who wish to increase the core stability and overall performance, wearing a tool capable of increasing intra-abdominal pressure allowing, at the same time, good freedom of movement and the best fit, understood as the ability of the belt to adapt to the waist while ensuring sufficient rigidity.

For this the belt is narrow, regular height of 10cm along the entire length, 8mm thick, and has a thin padding for the lumbar area, ~15mm, with an overall thickness of 23mm. Tightness and rapidity in removing and putting on are guaranteed by the chromed steel buckle with single pin and oval holes. The waistband is finished with polyester double stitching.

The waist measurement is obtained by measuring the circumference of the waist at the narrowest point, just above the iliac crests.
For example, an athlete with a waist circumference of 90cm will choose the size L belt, which, as indicated in the table, is suitable for athletes with a waist circumference less than 95cm.
