ABDOMINAL SUSPENSION BANDS – Abdominal training bands in suspension
It is a pair of padded bands specially made for suspension exercises; pulling exercises and weight lifting. The name Abdominal Suspension Bands derives from the widespread use of this tool as a tool for training the abdominals and other related muscle areas, through the lifting of the legs (suspension reverse crunch, twisting) while hanging from a bar or other support using the bands.
The use of the Abdominal Suspension Bands considerably facilitates the execution of crunches in suspension as it makes the work of hanging less tiring than the grip with the hands. This allows you to perform the exercises in a more analytical way, even for those who have a low level of training and confidence with suspensions. In fact, the straps supplied allow you to lower the height at which the arms are inserted into the bands, making this type of training particularly accessible to everyone. This latter aspect can prove useful in training circuits dedicated to functional fitness, also to better identify the type of exercise to be performed in a given position.
