Black PU Rubber Dumbbell 360Kg Kit – Professional fixed weight rubber dumbbells for intense use. It is a particularly robust product, characterized by constructive solutions that allow to obtain an excellent quality-price ratio. The shaft is fixed, and the fixing to the weights is obtained by means of a safety plate inserted in the rubberized cast iron, in such a way as to limit the possibility of detachment of the masses even in case of improper use.

For weights less than 12 kg, the neoprene covered dumbbells are also available cod. 2121 – 2130 with weights ranging from 0,5 to 10 kg.

Each dumbbell is marked with the weight in kg. The chromed knob, with a deep knurled grip, does not rotate and therefore the work performed using these dumbbells is not lightened by the lack of inertia due to the rotation of the masses during the exercises, but is full and with a high training impact. The Black PU Rubber Dumbbells can be stored and sorted through the appropriate dumbbell rack Dumbbell Rack cod. 8880.

How to use dumbbells with heavy weight

For the use of heavier dumbbells, particular attention must be paid, especially in the phase immediately following use.

To use Black PU Rubber Dumbbells weighing more than 40 kg to perform bench presses on an inclined bench, it is in fact necessary to pick up the dumbbells one at a time from the ground, placing them on the thighs and, subsequently, bringing them into position for the execution of the \'exercise. After the exercise, while lying on the bench, bring your knees into contact with the dumbbells and return to a sitting position using their weight. At this point place them one at a time on the ground, without letting them fall.
