8904K26 Hex Rubber Dumbbell 360Kg Kit – Hexagonal rubber dumbbells

The KIt Hex Rubber Dumbbell – consisting of Handlebars with fully rubberized hexagonal head, to be able to use the tool also resting on the floor. The chromed handle, with a deep knurled grip, does not rotate and therefore the work performed using these dumbbells is not lightened by the lack of inertia due to the rotation of the masses during the exercises, but is full and with a high training impact. The dumbbells can be stored and ordered through the appropriate Dumbbell Rack Code 8880.

How to use dumbbells with heavy weight

For the use of heavier dumbbells, particular attention must be paid, especially in the phase immediately following use.

To use Black PU Rubber Dumbbells weighing more than 40 kg to perform bench presses on an inclined bench, it is in fact necessary to pick up the dumbbells one at a time from the ground, placing them on the thighs and, subsequently, bringing them into position for the execution of the \'exercise. After the exercise, while lying on the bench, bring your knees into contact with the dumbbells and return to a sitting position using their weight. At this point place them one at a time on the ground, without letting them fall.
