Seal Row Barbell 9011/2 is a rounded barbell 160 cm long, weighing 15 kg, specifically designed for bench 9021. The camber (curvature) allows a greater freedom of movement because it moves the point of interference between the barbell and the bench by a good twenty centimetres. The curvature does not touch the floor if the barbell is resting on the bench's barbell supports, or when used with bumper plates. The deep, volcano-shaped knurling, 26 cm long, is positioned in such a way as to signal to the athlete that a further tight grip, i.e. beyond the end of the knurling, will interfere with the barbell supports if one intends to conclude the exercise by repositioning the barbell on the supports themselves, instead of finishing it, as recommended, with the barbell on the ground.
