TRICEPS BAR – Multi-grip barbell for triceps training
Tricep Bars – Multi-grip barbell, 91 cm, weight 9 kg, with rubber grips and disc holder adapters, diameter 50mm, equipped with bearings. The barbell was born for performing exercises such as French presses, neck extensions and presses, characterized by a very tight and very rotated grip (hammer grip) to relieve stress on the wrists and elbows. The particular shape of the bar, its compactness and manageability, as well as the presence of other grips, then allow the execution of various isolation exercises with low loads. Not just triceps then.
The idea of dedicating a small barbell to training the triceps stems from the very anatomy of this muscle and from the fact that the main push exercises, bench presses and dips on the parallel bars, must often be accompanied by analytical exercises performed with a high number of repetitions and wide range of motion, in order to obtain maximum stretch and a consequent high muscle stimulus.
The manageability of the Triceps Bar, light weight and very compact, mean that it can be considered a multipurpose training barbell suitable for any type of metabolic technique dedicated to fitness and physical culture.
