V-HANDLE – V-Handle for Olympic Barbell and Landmine

The V-Handle is a "V" handle with a 51 mm diameter adapter for Olympic barbells or, in general, barbells with 50 mm diameter disc holder adapters. The handle, especially if combined with the Total-Core Pin cod. 9029, (or landmine) allows you to use a barbell in the manner of a T-bar to perform numerous exercises: row, core rotation and all types of standing push and standing press.

The V-handle is inserted into the free adapter of the barbell with the flat side facing outwards, so that you can possibly add more plates and increase the weight load.

The tool is painted micaceous black and weighs 4 kg. The two parallel sockets have a diameter of 28 mm, a length of 240 mm and are spaced 250 mm apart.
