La Viking handle is a horn-shaped handle with rotating neutral grips that can be used with Total-Core Pin cod. 9029, or with any kind of land mine, as long as it is equipped with a barbell with 50 mm diameter disc holder sleeves. Extremely practical to use, it allows you to perform a wide range of push exercises, characterized by numerous variables, always united by an intense core training.

Designed to be practical, simple and effective, Viking handle 9029/4, is characterized by the presence of two neutral rotating sockets and a double possibility of loading the discs: on the balance wheel and through an additional central 20 cm long disc holder. This last solution allows the load to be changed quickly, avoiding the adoption of lateral disc holders which would considerably increase the size of the implement.

The rotating grips, spaced 60 cm apart, are rubberized and have a diameter of 34 mm, so as to be comfortable for the palm of the hand even in presses with high loads.

The effectiveness of the tool is also given by the wide range of exercises that can be performed: clean & jerck, press, row, lunge, squat, overhead squat, jump squat etc., exercises characterized by intense core training and, if necessary, by high explosiveness. From this point of view the Viking handle can be considered a great tool is preferably used for Physical training specific sport and strength and conditioning training, also because it can be easily inserted into training circuits.
