9040/25 Technique Plate

Technique Plates – Lightweight 2,5kg technical plates made from durable plastic. If combined with Introductory Balance Cod. 9015/1 (3 kg) or al Aluminum balancer Cod. 9014/1 (7 kg), can be used to facilitate learning, or refining, weightlifting techniques in cases where it is necessary to have reduced loads.

Technique Plates 2,5kg are made from strong plastic and differ from 9040/25H and 9040/50H Technique Hollow Plates due to the thickness. In fact, this disc model is full and has a narrow shoulder of only 20 mm. Unlike Hollow Plates, this allows you to use the discs also in combination with normal bumpers, as the space they occupy on the balance wheel is very small and proportionate to their weight.
