9082/1 Silent Gym Chain – Progressive load 12 kg

Pair of robust strips made of reinforced nylon, 155 cm long, characterized by the presence of 24 cylindrical weights of 0,5 kg, for a total of 12 kg for each strip. The tool was created to eliminate the annoying noise and poor practicality of use typical of metal chains for lifting with progressive overload.
A 5 cm wide nylon strap is sewn onto the strips, forming a 10 cm ring at one end. The strap has the function of reinforcing the entire strip, while the ring acts as a grip and collar, for insertion on a barbell or weight holder; racks or weight-bearing weight plates suitable for use with weight chains.
The Silent Gym Chains are in fact usable in various ways. The barbell certainly represents the most suitable tool even if, in addition to certain isotonic machines, the use of worn or gripped weight chains for bodyweight exercises is widespread. To increase the weight of the progressive overload, more pairs of chains can be mounted on the balance wheel.
