HIP THRUST PLATFORM BENCH – Bench with platform for Hip Thrust
La Hip Thrust Platform Bench is a bench equipped with a platform for a practical execution of theHip thrust (hip thrust). It is an extraordinarily effective exercise in training the buttocks, especially when associated with squats, deadlifts and lunges. If performed free-body, with a barbell, it is also useful in exercising hip extension, a weak point in the functional movements of most people, including athletes.
However, this exercise can prove inconvenient, because it requires a long preparation: outrigger, discs, barbell padding, if any Hip band, I have to be gathered close to a Flat bench, usually adapted to support the back. In this sense, the Hip Thrust Platform Bench represents a simple and convenient solution for organizing a work station dedicated to free body Hip Thrust. The technical devices adopted also facilitate the correct execution of the exercise.
THEsemi-cylindrical padding fixed, in fact, allows the user to position himself stably at a given height, without incurring the frequent error of carrying out the push by exploiting the momentum deriving from throwing the trunk backwards, arching the back and rising excessively with the hip.
La platform, on the other hand, it allows correct positioning of the feet and better stability, helping the user to concentrate on the retroversion and anteversion of the pelvis, on the short movement, on the "squeeze", without distractions deriving from the instability of the supports.
The equipment is completed by six hooks for the rubber bands, usable with and without the balancer, handle and rubber wheels, for easy movement.

Highly recommended product to perform Hip Thrust. The bench is very comfortable and the lateral supports are very useful for starting the exercise and resting the barbell once finished.
