Fixed Dips Bars – OUTRACE

Fixed Dips Bars are an add-on to OUTRACE, part of the “Fixed Outdoor Components” and therefore already treated for outdoor installation and designed for the needs of users of all kinds. It consists of a pair of parallel metal bars, to be fixed externally to a column of the structure.

The particular shape of the bars makes them suitable for a wide selection of exercises. Among them: Triceps-Dips, L-Sits, Push-Ups, Inverted-Rows and many other exercises for the chest, core, shoulders and upper limbs in general. In fact, the metal tubulars guarantee excellent stability and allow you to keep a correct position during execution.
