The Gym Ladder is a stainless steel backrest, with painted pegs to increase grip, available in two models depending on the type of OUTRACE Frame on which it will be mounted. It can be used as a support for calisthenics and bodyweight workouts, for stretching exercises, as an anchoring support for elastic bands or other similar tools and, in general, for any type of training application in which a support or anchor point is needed fixed and stable. Furthermore, one of the fundamental functions of the Gym Ladders is to act as a support for fixing the OUTRACE Movables.

Gym Ladder – OUTRACE

The Gym Ladder is a stainless steel backrest, with painted pegs to increase grip, available in two models depending on the type of OUTRACE Frame on which it will be mounted.

The Mid it is in fact designed to be positioned in the space between two side columns (as in the case of aOUTRACE R2-6 for example), while the version By can be fixed below a crossbar (as in the case of aOUTRACE W6 or of the portals of a H7 o T5).

This OUTRACE component can be used as a support for calisthenics and bodyweight workouts, for stretching exercises, as an anchoring support for elastic bands or other similar tools and, in general, for any type of training application in which a point is needed support or fixed and stable anchorage. Furthermore, one of the fundamental functions of the Gym Ladders is to act as a support for fixing the OUTRACE Movables. In particular, it is compatible with the following accessories:
