Jump Up – OUTRACE

The Jump Up is an OUTRACE component, designed to add more functionality than one Lat Bar.It is made up of 4 horizontal bars integrated into the same ramp, 20 cm apart from each other and slightly inclined to create an angle. Perfect for plyometric exercises, this component also provides the user with additional possibilities compared to a standard pull-up bar for performing exercises such as pull-ups and chin-ups. The Jump Up is also ideal in combination with Power Loops, to facilitate the execution of tractions, or as a support for hooking gymnastic rings, elastic and other suspension training equipment.
