Training Ladder – OUTRACE

The Training Ladders are an accessory with unique characteristics in the OUTRACE offer. It includes two vertical ladders made of nylon webbing and equipped with 12 rubber-coated handles, spaced 10 cm apart. Exactly like i Flying OUTRACE, the upper end is equipped with a carabiner for easy attachment to Connectors and then to the OUTRACE structure. The lower end, on the other hand, is equipped with a soft webbing that allows the Training Ladder to be used also with the lower limbs, in the ways in which a Flying could also be used.

The main function of this accessory is to allow a gradual approach to suspension training, with the different handles that allow you to vary the intensity and difficulty of the exercises depending on your height. In addition, the shape of the apparatus makes it particularly easy to pass from one exercise to another, without having to waste time in different manual adjustments.

To use the Training Ladders you need to pair them with a pair of Connectors code OR16003
