30 Kg Punching Bag with OUTRACE logo, non-deformable, suitable for high intensity use and with excellent shock absorption capacity. Compatible with both the PB Block that with the PB Stop, the bag represents the central element of the system Punching Bag Rail. By adding this set, it is in fact possible to position one or more bags quickly and easily along the entire length of the OUTRACE structure, and in the same way to store them once they have finished their use so as to free up space for other uses.

The bottom under the bag is equipped with a metal hook for a possible elastic connected to the floor, or to a weight, useful for the purpose of limiting the oscillations of the bag due to blows.

Attention: do not use rigid elements for the earth connection (such as chains, ropes or carabiners), as they risk damaging or even tearing off the metal hook on the bottom of the bag.
