Among the tools for Functional Training il Flying it's definitely that most versatile ever, because: using simple principles of regulation of the workload, it is adaptable to each person regardless of their level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and goal (aesthetic, athletic training, health and well-being); for its low weight (1 kg) and bulk (it closes in a bag of 20 cm x 20 cm) it is easily transportable anywhere, and thanks to its quick coupling system to any supporting structure (bar, back, vertical post, door, tree, etc.), can be used anywhere (in the gym, outdoors, on sports playgrounds, at home, in hotels, etc).
But in addition to its versatility the Flying it is characterized by being one valid ally for bodyweight training, as, by allowing the use of one's own body overload, totally or in part (based on the percentage of load that I decide to use), the Flying is the ideal tool: to set up a beginner who is not yet able to perform bodyweight exercises, creating a postural and initial strength base; to increase the load of bodyweight workouts in advanced level athletes, thanks to the instability given by the suspension to the straps.
Il Flying is therefore definitely the first tool to be integrated in bodyweight workouts.
