These are in fact the two Fundamental features of Kettlebell Training: allow a job in joint decompression associated with the continuous stabilization in the physiological joint site of the shoulder girdle, in the three planes of movement (sagittal, frontal and transverse), with the continuous support of the core and the lower base of the body (hips and lower limbs);

Increase neuromuscular strength and the expression of power in hip extension associated with stabilization of the knees, spine, and shoulder girdle.
