POP is a complete training system which, through the use of a special elastic band, manages to train all the muscles of our body.
The new rubber band Sidea is made of jacquard fabric, already used for the 0600 Textile Band, resists tearing, is not easily subject to cutting by shoes, like rubber bands, and is non-deformable, even if used in water.
The unit of measurement is time, through which we will intensify our lesson by varying the intensity and favoring weight loss or toning up.
Through POP it will be possible to modify any type of pre-choreographed or free style fitness lesson, inserting the elastic inside the lesson plan. The intervals are governed by the time that we will have previously set, depending on the objective set.
The POP lesson adapts to any type of user, it is simple, fun and never boring. The pre-set lesson scheme guarantees the end user a safe product, as well as developing the technical-didactic characteristics of the teacher, who will be able to make the lesson more or less intense and diversify it according to his or her personality.
POP is a project by Nicolas Rosan, musical fitness teacher and athletic trainer in collaboration with the company SIDEA.

POP & SPORT Pre-structured Interval Training where toning work with the pop elastic alternates with simple and intense routines that simulate various sports. Football, volleyball, basketball, tennis, skiing, etc. for complete and enjoyable work. Useful method for athletic training.
POP & WATER Pre-structured Interval Training where toning work with the pop elastic in water alternates with simple sequences of water aerobics exercises. The elastic band used in the water offers a wide range of exercises for the arms and legs.
