The SUPERPUMP presents a series of innovations that will implement the classic training with the barbell.

Through the pre-choreographed methodology, we will work isotonic on the various muscle groups. It starts with the largest muscles and ends with the smallest ones. The alternation of exercises is calculated on the basis of the movement of the muscles: traction/push – agonist/antagonist.
– The novelties introduced in the SUPER PUMP are:
– Isometric contractions (resistance)
– Plyometric contractions (explosivity)
– Some functional bodyweight routines
– Exercises with discs sidea (without rocker arm)
– The use of a new Step which allows the inclination of the bench on the exercises in the supine position
The pre-choreographed structure guarantees instructors, fitness centers and the end user a safe lesson, which adapts to all types of customers.
Through a well-defined work scheme and an ad hoc teaching methodology, the program guarantees sure results.
The lesson is given to the We For Fitness Academy staff: athletic trainers, fitness instructors, personal trainers; with the supervision of A.na.m. (national association of massage therapists and sports operators) and supported by CSEN (National Educational Sports Centre), a promotional body recognized by CONI (Italian National Olympic Committee).
