STRENGTH TRAINING AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONING
Muscle strengthening can have different purposes, which can range from physical conditioning from a sporting perspective to purely aesthetic conditioning linked to hypertrophy and physical culture. Over the years this branch of training, predominant in traditional gyms but still an essential part in any sports center, has undergone many changes both in terms of approach techniques and equipment and the organization of the spaces available.
In this sense, an area dedicated to strength training cannot do without one or more stations dedicated to weight training and, in general, to barbell training, which translates into a series of elements such as Power Racks, technical flooring and all related accessories (rocker arms, bumpers, disc holders, etc.).
However, new and increasingly innovative tools have been added to these elements. On the one hand, tools have been studied that can make the execution of exercises that are otherwise particularly complicated to organize more comfortable, as in the case of the GHD or the Hip Thrust Platform Bench. On the other hand, tools that combine the concepts of Functional Training (global, multi-planar movement) with high loads and specifically aimed at developing Strength and Power are becoming more and more popular. This is the case for example of Clave, Macebell, Strongman Ball and Kettlebell with heavy weights.

SPECIALIST BALANCERS
Barbells with particular characteristics or shapes, which allow specific muscle groups to be trained in a specific way.
A certainly important and functional role within a training area dedicated to Strength and Conditioning is played by the structure. The need in this case is specifically linked to two necessities: to provide comfortable and safe supports for training with the barbell (and not only) and to better organize the available spaces, also through equipment storage solutions.
In this sense, a particularly suitable solution is certainly the Rack Station: fully customizable in terms of dimensions and accessories, these tubular structures have the Power Cage Rack cod. 9095, to which additional components useful for training with the barbell but also in suspension are fixed.
The Rack Stations can be composed in a personalized way, by adding the racks and the individual components, but they are also available in preconfigured versions of various sizes: the Rack Station Packs:
