Hello, the problem you are experiencing is that the collar closes but is wider than the adapters of the balance wheel (and therefore does not block the discs) or that it is just not possible to close? In the first case the balance wheel must have 26 mm diameter adapters, and not 28, while in the second case it is probably a balance wheel with a larger diameter (30 or 32 mm).
