Series of plates finished in polyurethane for commercial gyms with high frequency of use.
In fact, polyurethane guarantees greater resistance to wear and incisions, compared to rubber, vinyl and neoprene. The central steel ring, in addition to facilitating the loading of the plates on the balance, represents a further strengthening factor of the area most subject to wear and damage, often deriving from the hasty and imprecise insertion of the plates into the racks by the user groups.

Pump training plates made of polyurethane, code 0040-0042, represent the best quality choice for the commercial gyms that see a high frequency of use.
Polyurethane, a high quality and manufacturing precision material, offers a greater resistance to impacts and incisions compared to rubber, vinyl and neoprene.
The plates, compatible with barbells with 28 mm diameter disc holders, such as barbells code 1660 or code 1660/1, were created to set up sets dedicated to Super Pump, more commonly defined as pump training.
PUMP TRAINING
Pump training is a form of fitness training focused on increase in muscular resistance and body toning through the use of "light" weights and a high number of repetitions.
This type of training, of which Super Pump is a method, aims to engage all major muscle groups in one session, combining weightlifting exercises with aerobics-inspired movements, for a complete workout that improves both strength and cardiovascular endurance.
During a typical pump training class, participants choose weights based on their ability and type of exercise, performing sets to motivating music.
The instructor leads the class by showing the exercises, performed in succession at high intensity. The aim is to promote general health and well-being through fun strength-resistance training with a high metabolic impact.
Being equipped with handles, plates 0040-0042, they can also be used without a barbell, thus increasing the range of possible exercises.
