PUMP TRAINING

Pump training is a form of fitness training focused on increase in muscular resistance and body toning through the use of "light" weights and a high number of repetitions.

This type of training, of which Super Pump is a method, aims to engage all major muscle groups in one session, combining weightlifting exercises with aerobics-inspired movements, for a complete workout that improves both strength and cardiovascular endurance.

During a typical pump training class, participants choose weights based on their ability and type of exercise, performing sets to motivating music.

The instructor leads the class by showing the exercises, performed in succession at high intensity. The aim is to promote general health and well-being through fun strength-resistance training with a high metabolic impact.

Being equipped with handles, plates 0040-0042, they can also be used without a barbell, thus increasing the range of possible exercises.
