TRAMPOLINE for the rebound of Medicine Balls

Trampoline, frame diameter 91 cm, support base 100×100 cm, adjustable in inclination, specially made for the rebound of balls, balls and medicine balls of various sizes and weights. Also called Medicine Ball Rebounder, the trampoline is extremely useful in athletic training and in functional fitness, for the execution of exercises with a strong dynamic component and an integral physical effort.

Through the dynamics of throwing, bouncing and receiving balls thrown on the trampoline it is in fact possible to carry out exercises for training the athlete's neuromuscular abilities: strength, speed, resistance, coordination, balance, with a particular commitment to control and adaptation.

IMPORTANT: the Trampoline cod. 3604 does not support the weight of a person. It is therefore important do not use it by jumping on it, but only for throwing and bouncing medicine balls.
